The HMSO have published accident reports virtually since the year dot. Only the most recent remain in print, although I believe photo-copies of earlier reports can be obtained at extortionate rates.

Accident reports for Clayton Tunnel (1861), Abergele (1868), Menheniot (1873), Armagh (1889), Norton Fitzwarren (1890), Abbots Ripton (1876), Canonbury (1881), Ais Gill (1913) and Quintinshill (1915) re-printed by Kay c1996.
