Worksop box to be abolished over the period 2012-2029, area to be controlled by East Midlands Regional Operations Centre at Derby.

Thrumpton Crossing and Kiveton Park Station will close 2021, area to be controlled by LNE Regional Operations Centre at York.

Thoresby Colliery, Clipstone Junction, Shirebrook Junction, Elmton & Cresswell Junction and Maltby Colliery signal boxes to close in 2021, area to be controlled by East Midlands Regional Operations Centre at Derby.

Plans now shelved with no firm date for abolition of boxes
